Heinrich van Laack established his business in 1881 with two partners. He had a simple vision: to manufacture the most luxurious shirts. This luxury, he claimed, was manifest in the smallest of details and expressed the personality of the wearer. After more than a century, van Laack remains faithful to the quality of materials and cuts, with refined finishing and accessories. This month marks the opening of the first van Laack shop in Belgium, in the city of Ghent. Amongst this season’s must-haves, the close-fitting white shirt is a masterpiece.
